The Challenge

HATAMOTO has been engaged to implement resilience frameworks across multiple not for profit private national sporting code administrator’s and public entertainment precinct owners/ operators.

The Process

Comprehensive Risk Assessments were completed to identify, assess, evaluate and treat relevant risks. Subsequent works were completed to develop doctrine (covering all aspects of the resilience portfolio including risk management, security, emergency/ disaster/ crisis management, situational awareness, capability, training and culture) and implement an effective best practice risk management.

The Results

As a result of effective implementation of each framework, the incumbent organisations have achieved improved resilience and created legally defensible risk management practices to address significant exposure to terrorism and occupational hazards including workplace violence.
